Holiday home suitable for 10 guests and 1 child up to 3 years old. The property offers 302 m² of living space on two floors and was built in 2003. Pets are not allowed. The primary heating source is geothermal energy, complemented by an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. The house includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, underfloor heating on the ground floor and a wood-burning stove. A high chair is available for younger guests.

The holiday home is situated on a 4,600 m² natural plot. The sea is 30 km away, a fjord is just 150 m away and a lake is only 80 m away. The nearest shop is located 3.5 km from the property. The house features a terrace, barbecue and an electric vehicle charging point with 11 kW output. Parking is available on site.

There are 5 bedrooms in total, offering 10 sleeping places in double beds. A cot for a child aged 0-3 years is also available.

The kitchen is equipped with an American-style refrigerator, 2 ceramic hobs, 4 gas burners, a convection oven, microwave and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms: one with underfloor heating and a shower, and one with a bathtub. Guests can also enjoy an indoor spa bath for 2 people.

The house includes a TV, radio, stereo system and CD player. No TV channels are available; streaming only. Wireless internet access is provided.

If more than 10 guests wish to stay, prior approval from the owner is required.
