Holiday home in Pašman

A wonderful holiday home located in Pašman near the seaside comes with 2 bedrooms. A family of 5 can stay here comfortably. There is a terrace to enjoy the surrounding nature. If you wish you can explore the nearby forest. Sea is very nearby and the whole family can enjoy the beach games. You have restaurants and supermarket nearby at 5 km. This home has a large kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. There is adouble bed in 1 bedroom and a 3-person bunk bed in another. You can enjoy a barbecue outside relaxing on the garden furniture. It is pet-friendly and allows 3 pets at for a fee. The airport lies 40 km away and public transport can be reached in 5 km.

Electricity of 12V is solar powered, this is only for lights, and for mobile phone battery recharge, maybe a radio. No household equipment, hairdryers, laptops etc.

Running warm water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom and it is heated by solar energy. The bathroom has a shower with thermo-bags, which bags, filled with water, should be placed in a sunny position to warm up the water in them. The water should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking.

The kitchen has a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Dishes and bed linen are prepared for you. Fresh bed linen arrives once a week.

Kindly check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency in Biograd, because the arrival to the reserved accommodation unit is impossible at night. After this check in, you proceed to the ferry port to take the ferry to the island. Ferry tickets are not included in the price.

The house is accessible by car, parking is front of the house. These makeshift roads that cross the island hills are somewhat coarse (gravel \/ earth) and can change significantly due to the influence of weather conditions eg rain - this can worsen the condition of the road much, for this reason, these roads are not passable for lowered cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are also passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving. If you choose access by your own vehicle, parking in the bay of Landjin is free of charge but not guarded. The other possibility is to leave your car (one per group) on a free and secure parking, on the island of Pasman. Transfer from this parking place to the house once upon arrival and back to the car once at the end of your stay is also free of charge.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver's license).

We recommend that you bring your mobile phone, so you can contact us in case of need. You may recharge your mobile phone in the house, using your recharger that you also use in your car.
