This holiday home is located in Pašman and can host people comfortably. It comes with 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and is perfect for a small family to enjoy a seaside vacation. This place is an ideal location to explore the many islands on the Pasman canal. Zadar and Biograd are also nearby places that you can explore. You an head to the beach (30 m) and have a fun time enjoying a swim. Everything you need is available in the vicinity with restaurants and supermarket at 5 km. You can relax on the private terrace and enjoy a barbecue with your family. The private garden with furniture is graet to enjoy the sun. This pet-friendly home allows 3 pets at $ 5 per pet per night. Zadar Airport is only 40 km away.

The one bedroom nature house Zelanto Mali, for up to 4 persons, is located only 20 m from the sea, in the bay of Vitane, on the island of Pasman.

The kitchen / dining area / living room is located on the ground floor, while the bedroom is located on the upper floor. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room contains a double bed. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stovetop on gas with 2 burner. The bedroom on the upper floor / attic has two single beds. Bed linen are included, fresh arrive once a week. The bathroom equipment includes a toilet and a washbasin. Bathroom towels and beach towels are not available.

In the garden, there is a barbecue and an outside shower, for which the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. The balcony is furnished. Directly on the beach there is a gazebo which belongs to this house and is equipped with sunbeds.

Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet. Guests need to place this SIM-card in one of their own devices, which will then work as a hotspot.

The electricity and the water should be spent here sparingly. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 12 V, so no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights.

We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. There is a socket in the house fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger.

There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house.

This waterfront holiday house is approachable by car on approximately 300m, till the bay of Vitane. The road which leads to this bay is paved with concrete ( all but its last 200m ). There is a public open parking lot there, free of charges. The guests who park there are transported by boat without further charges with their luggage once to the house on their arrival and once back to the parking lot on their departure. The distance between the house and the parking lot is easily walkable.

The other possibility is to leave your car (one per group) on a free and secure parking in Sveti Filip i Jakov, which is on the mainland. Transfer by boat from this parking place to the house once upon arrival and back to the car once at the end of your stay is also free of charge.

The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.

Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only. Rental is possible during the spring and summer, till early autumn.

This is a pet-friendly house, pets are welcome here, against a surcharge of 5 EUR per day per pet.

Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in our agency, guests travel to the island.
