Apartment have two levels, one bedroom is on the first one, another is on the second. Guests can enjoy sunbathing in the balcony or have an active holiday in places around. Elegant apartment is perfect for a family or a group of up to 4 people. This location is perfect for sightseeing Dubrovnik, because of very near for the local buses in town (3 minutes away). Dubrovnik port and marine, transfer to the all islands of Dubrovnik is in 5 minutes by walk. Shops, supermarket, post office, green & fish market, banks, restaurants and caffee bars are within 50 m around. Only one BIO shop in Dubrovnik, for groceries and food is in our neighborhood, 2 minutes from the apartment. Dubrovnik old Town is only 3 bus stations, or you can walk for 15-20 minutes. Perfect place for family holiday as recreation facilities are all around. Just 20 m from the big public pool and 50 m near the marina with luxury yahts for long walking. Easy to reach daily excursions to Korčula island, Mljet, Lokrum, Lopud, Šipan or Kalamota. Also Pelješac penisula, Ston, Mostar or Montenegro tours are very easy to arrange. Be sure to visit City walls, expirience unforgettable sunset with cable car, enjoy in Dalamtian cuisine on the Stradun placa, visit Aquarium of Dubrovnik and search for many Museums and Galeries as they are holders of priceless cultural, historical, archaelogical, scientific, maritime and ethnic evidence of the wealth of Dubrovnik's history. For diving enthusiasts, in Dubrovnik there are few breathtaking attractions, near the town and the islands, which would be showned if you wish.

Home owner would prepare fresh fruit for the guests! Also, home owner can arrange parking place for leaving car while in their apartment under the Villa, for free, but car must be announced. Smoking is allowed in the balcony, as smoking is forbidden in closed rooms that other people can use (before or after your stays), connecting with Croatian laws. Balcony area can be shared with another guests if someone is in the next apartment to this one that moment. In every case there is enough space for the guests and also there are two tables with chairs on it. Whole balcony has a view to the sea and nice green park above the sea. Laundry is available for free if quests are staying minimum 7 days. If shorter, can be arranged for affordable price. Transfers from the airport are available for affordable price. Luxurious yacht can be on your disposal for daily trips around Dubrovnik and Elaphite islands. Also regular boat can be arranged for nice sunset of going to the beach on the island.
