In an unspoiled rural location on a working vineyard in Beckley, this is a lovely 2-bedroom holiday home for a peaceful retreat. The holiday home is perfect for a small family or 4 friends. It has a barbecue to enjoy the evenings with smoked meals. This holiday home is 5 km from the nearest amenities. You can enjoy various activities at seabeach 10 km away. There are two ponds on the vineyard and the River Rother at the bottom of the field, which are great spots for a pleasant time. Staying here, you are a short drive away from the wide sandy beach at Camber Sands and the historic town of Rye. The holiday home has a cozy seating area with a TV and wood stove for hangouts. You can prepare meals of your choice in the open kitchen. Outside, the garden and the patio create a perfect setting for reading, eating, and relaxing. Children have ample space to romp and play. Parking is available.

Parking: Covered parking for one car in Oak framed garage plus additional space on driveway if required. Heating: Oil central heating plus woodburning stove. Also Provided: First basket of logs - subsequent baskets available at £5. Additional freezer located in the garage space. Notes: There are two ponds on the vineyard, plus tractors and the river Rother at the bottom of the field so children must be supervised when outside. The owners have two very friendly (and large!) Newfoundland dogs who will love to come and say hello! The approach to the vineyard is via a mile long private lane so not suitable for low suspension vehicles. Although the vineyard is not open to the public, Methersham Vineyard does produce a range of their own wine which is sold locally.
