The holiday home is located in Nørre Lyngby, 4 km north of Løkken, 10 km south of Lønstrup and 25 km from Blokhus. This provides easy access to several charming towns in the area, offering plenty of activities, dining options and local life. Nørre Lyngby is peaceful and cosy, and less than 800 metres from the North Sea. The beach features fine white sand and beautiful steep dunes, and has the white bathing flag, indicating high water quality.

The house sits on a 2,250 m² plot with both lawn areas and woodland. There is also a shelter on the property available for free use. The plot is quiet and private, located along a gravel road.

The house measures 116 m² and consists of an original but renovated part from 1969 and a newly built extension from 2014. You enter through the utility room, where one side leads to a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a bathroom, and the other side leads into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is from 2023 and seats 6 people comfortably. From the dining area, there is access to the spacious and cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and sofa area. Books and games are available, and there is access to a charming loft. Both the living room and dining area open onto a partially covered terrace.

From the kitchen, there is access to the second bathroom and the two additional smaller bedrooms. One has two beds measuring 70x190, and the other has two box mattresses measuring 80x200.
