Family-friendly vacation home with pool & spa

Søndervig is a popular vacation destination with wide sandy beaches and great opportunities for surfing and kiteboarding. The town has a relaxed vibe and a wide range of shops, restaurants and entertainment, and there are plenty of activities like mini golf and go-karting. The area also offers beautiful nature perfect for walks and bike rides. The holiday home features a pool area with a spa, sauna and swimming pool that guests of all ages can enjoy. The house is energy-efficient, equipped with solar panels and an economical air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool. For the youngest guests there's a sandbox and a swing, and the large enclosed terrace provides safety for both children and pets. The house has been renovated over time and has four bedrooms — three with double beds and one with a bunk bed. The kitchen was last modernized in 2019. The living room has large windows that create a bright, welcoming atmosphere, and the lovely view can be enjoyed from both the sofa and the dining table. A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy feel of the living area. Please note the house is not rented to youth groups.
