The heart of the house is the large open kitchen and living area with an XL kitchen and a cozy sofa corner overlooking the pool area with a heated pool and water slide. There's also an outdoor wellness area with a spa and sauna, plus a terrace with patio furniture and a grill. For the competitive types, the activity room includes billiards, table tennis, darts, foosball and various gaming consoles, as well as a bar where you can enjoy your favorite drinks. The house has 10 bedrooms across 3 sleeping areas, including a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed, and two lofts that are popular with kids and teens. EV charging is available, and outside you'll find a trampoline, swings and a sandbox. Please note the house is still under construction and the photos shown are demo images; the floor plan is correct. The house is not rented to youth groups.
