Outside you'll find a 23 m² pool with a waterslide and Roman steps, plus a counter-current system for swim training. Adults can unwind in the sauna, the spa or the outdoor wood-fired hot tub, while the kids have fun in the pool. The activity room includes billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts and a PlayStation 4, along with a bar and a cozy sofa area to relax between activities. The kitchen is large and well equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens and two refrigerators and opens to the bright living area. Outside there is a partially covered terrace, perfect for barbecue nights, and children can play on the trampoline, the swing or in the sandbox. The house has a total of 10 bedrooms, 6 additional sleeping places spread over two lofts and four bathrooms. Please note the house is not rented to youth groups.
