This is a 15-bedroom holiday home in Saint-Prix for 28 people. Equipped with a shared swimming pool, the home is perfect for families and big groups.



The town center is 3 km away, and there is a supermarket 7 km away. There is a lake as well, 10 km away, and you can sit by its edge as you enjoy a lovely picnic or just while away your time. Cross country is 15 km away, and the ski lift is 45 km away.



The shared and paid sauna and bubble bath is ideal for relaxing your muscles which must be sore after skiing! The apartment has electric heating, so sleep in peace. The kitchen and barbecue are perfect for any meals you want to make, and there is also a shared terrace and garden, which is ideal for sitting and enjoying the view. The home is child friendly, with a cot and high chair available on rent and play equipment and a table tennis table present. You can bring 2 pets here for free. The owner lives in the same house the apartment is.

The chateau dates from the 17th century and is situated on a south oriented mountain in the Ardeche department, 2 kilometers from a village 7 km from the town \"Ardéchoise\" Lamastre. A few miles away flows the river Doux with several nice beaches nearby.

The castle is composed of 3 independant furnished apartments and 4 gîtes. There are also two seperate bedrooms in the castle and there is the possibility of dinner. There is also an on-site mini-camp site with 7 pitches.
Our accommodation is known to be very child friendly and small and is an ideal location for for example familyreunions where everybody can enjoy a certain privacy by being together.

In the park-like garden (2.5 ha) of the castle are several terraces at your disposal with much privacy , in the orchard is the Bio- pool (14x8 m) : , sun beds and umbrellas are provided. Furthermore, in the orchard a sunbathing area: , a volleyball court, a children's playground with a trampoline, football pitch, seesaw, slide, swings, etc.etc. There is also a large games room with table tennis, billiards, pool, football, etc.etc.

The castle is perfectly restored and well equipped .
Here everything is possible from a calm vacation to an active holiday, an ideal location for families with children, family reunions, friends, clubs, etc.
For lovers of peace, untouched nature and the good life, who want to be spoiled. The castle is authentic, romantic and is situated at an altitude 640 m. From the castle there are also several walking and cycling routes.

In the area are many activities such as flea markets - street fairs, wine festivals, music festivals, picturesque villages and ancient cities, museums, amusement park, wildlife park, cruises, steam train and various other activities.
In the winter months there are some cross country skiing opportunities at a ± 60 minutes drive.
