The house is set in peaceful surroundings with views of the fields and is within short distance of a child-friendly sandy beach (~2.5 km) and Rødvig’s marina and fishing harbour (~1.5 km). From here, it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the coast, where the beach and sea invite swimming and play.

Rødvig Harbour offers cosy cafés, restaurants, and fresh fish from Rødvig Fisk, giving the waterfront a lively atmosphere.

The area is rich in attractions. Stevns Klint, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only 2–6 km away, stretching 17 km with dramatic cliffs, fossils, and a coastal hiking trail. Just 4 km away lies the Cold War Museum Stevnsfort with underground installations and Cold War history. In the harbour, you can also visit the Rødvig Ship Motor Museum and the historic flint kiln.

The 22 km Stevns Klint hiking trail runs from Rødvig to Bøgeskov Harbour, offering nature, views, and sights such as Boesdal Quarry and Højerup Church. Nearby you’ll also find Holtug Church (c. 1150), the town of Store Heddinge with shops and culture, and Copenhagen within about an hour’s drive.
