This detached house is located above the village in a cul de sac, directly at the edge of the forest. An absolutely quiet location is thus guaranteed. You will live in this comfortable and newly renovated apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The covered balcony offers a wonderful view of Schiltach. On the approx. 5.000 sqm large property with large play and sunbathing lawn there are also several small ponds, as well as a covered open-air seating area with a large garden grill, garden furniture and a wicker beach chair. A covered and solar heated swimming pool is located in the middle of the property. The area around Schiltach offers a wide range of activities for both sports and culture lovers. Popular excursion destinations: Lake Constance, flower island Mainau, Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, Europapark Rust, Titisee, Feiburg, Strasbourg. A charging station for electric cars is also available (for a fee).
