This well-equipped, 35m² apartment is located on the first floor of a residence in Arzon, offering easy access to the marina, the sandy beach of Fogeo (reachable by foot or bike), and the lively shops and casino. The residence boasts a shared swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two sofa beds in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. The balcony with a table, chairs, and a deck chair provides a space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Pets may be allowed for an additional fee (inquire with the residence).
