Children usually disappear toward the garden swings and slide while the adults stretch dinners longer beside the plancha grill and barbecue.

Arboretum de Forrières can be reached within roughly 3 minutes and offers walking trails through woodland gardens with interactive nature installations and family-friendly forest paths. The Caves of Han lie around 10 minutes away and remain one of Belgium’s most impressive underground cave systems, alongside a wildlife reserve home to wolves, lynx, and bison.
