This unique 4-bedroom holiday home in Monhouet (Stoumont) is a peaceful retreat for up to 7 guests, designed in the late 1960s by renowned architect Liège. Built with natural materials like sandstone, shale, and wood, the hexagonal structure offers a warm, light-filled interior with panoramic views of the garden, forest, and meadows. Located in a wooded area, it's perfect for nature lovers, with walking and mountain biking trails right outside your door. The ski slopes, Spa, and Francorchamps circuit are all within easy reach. The southern terrace is ideal for soaking up the sun, while a second terrace with barbecue invites cozy evenings outdoors. Inside, enjoy a fireplace, modern kitchen, and two bathrooms. The home includes a TV, DVD player, dishwasher, and garage. Free WiFi is available, and a children's bed is provided. A tranquil, architect-designed escape in the heart of the Ardennes.

Each route starts from the Tourist Offices of the participating Belgian municipalities: Spa, Stoumont, Jalhay, Stavelot, Theux, Trois-Ponts and Malmédy. In the remarkable site of the waterfall of Coo, the brewery and the restaurant Val de la Cascade you offer a cuisine led by the boss. Regional specialties such as trout and game in season, as well as raclette and fondue are the hallmark of this establishment since 1960. The beautiful terrace overlooking the Amblève, open daily, you will also enjoy a drink or taste a dish or menu. The Fagotin , farm animation, located in the heart of the City of Stoumont ( 20 min walk from the house) offers , for your children every day summer rides a donkey (4 or 8 km). Animals, used to children , are very docile . They allow you a unique tour of trails and woods surrounding the house. Do you know at certain times of the year, these donkeys are even placed in pasture field .... located just next to the house ! Looking for a unique leisure combining nature and relaxation ? Come play golf country ! The latter, located in the municipality of Stoumont ( 3 km from the house) you will discover a derivative of the traditional golf game but who practice in fields and even between cows ! The site offers a 12 holes and 1,700 m. Accessible to all children and adults but do not forget your boots! Did you know that the Germans lost the Battle of the Bulge to La Gleize , a village 8 km from home? The " December 44 " museum in this small village, tells the story of this battle. It is richly documented and many military objects ( over 5000 !) Are exposed . They all have an amazing story to tell! The route is lined with windows and slideshows of realism. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy either on the ski slopes of the Mount of Mists ( equipped with a lift ) on the slopes skiing ( 3, 5 or 10 km) or toboggan runs and this only 15 minutes from home.
