This beautiful, detached, rustic alpine hut for a maximum of 6 people is located on the edge of a clearing in a valley, approx. 3 km behind the Sankt Oswald district of Bad Kleinkirchheim, directly in the Nockberge Biosphere Park in Carinthia.
This alpine hut offers a cozy living room, a double bunk on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a cooking facility with a wood stove and a balcony. Cooking takes place directly on the wood fire, and hot water comes from a container above the fire that you fill up by hand. The water must be fetched from the well 30 meters away. The hut is functionally equipped and has a solar system that provides lighting.
The Nockberge Biosphere Park offers numerous hiking opportunities, in Bad Kleinkirchheim there is the St. Kathrein thermal bath and the Römerbad, an 18-hole golf course and many opportunities for skiing. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area offers 103 kilometers of slopes and 24 cable cars and lifts, and Bad Kleinkirchheim has plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs right in the center.
