Holiday home in Halmstad V

This is a spacious and comfortable holiday home set only 700 metres from the beach in the popular area Steninge, not far from the summer towns Falkenberg and Halmstad. The house is secluded yet within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and the beach. It features a conservatory, a terrace and a sauna. You only have one neighbour and in the summertime the gardens are completely separated by shrubbery making your garden private and secluded.

The house features four comfortable bedrooms and sleeps seven people. The kitchen is open plan and has a nice dining area. There are two living rooms , one of them is remarkably lovely and offers a lovely, comfortable sofa suite as well as a beautiful view through the large windows. There is also a sauna in the house. Free Wifi and Apple-TV. No smoking, please!

This is a great place for those who enjoy nature. There are plenty of beautiful paths for walking and enjoying the landscape. Or why not visit the nearby town of Falkenberg? Falkenberg offers plenty of beautiful walking paths and excellent fishing opportunities. There are also tennis- and riding possibilities. The popular beach Skrea strand is just a few minutes away by car, you can also get there by bus or walk there. There are plenty of other lovely bathing spots within a few kilometres. Stroll through the Old Town and admire the picturesque view, stop for a coffee in one of Falkenberg's excellent cafés, such as Ståhlbom's. Take a walk along the River Ätran and admire the stunning view. Falkenberg offers shops, restaurants, bars, music events and many other activities.
Another nice place to visit is Tylösand, one of Sweden's most famous and popular beaches, several kilometres long. It is situated close to Halmstad, a town offering shopping, culture and entertainment.Or visit the famous shopping centre Gekås, in Ullared, it's about a 45 minute drive!
Gothenburg is an hour and 15 minutes away by car, it is easy to drive there along road E6. Gothenburg is the second largest town in Sweden and is home of the popular amusement park Liseberg.
