Spacious holiday cottage centrally located in Løkken town but still in quiet surroundings. The house was built in 1945 and fully renovated in 1997. Good insulation and district heating ensure low costs for heating and water. There is living room with exit to the terrace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle and a scullery. Personal furnishings with emphasis on comfort and cosiness. One bedroom has an extra TV for streaming (no channels available). The living room has several large windows, making the room bright. Large, open terrace facing east, south and west where you can enjoy the sun all day. The plot is partly surrounded by plantings. No letting to youth groups.
