This 40-person house of 550 m² is furnished in a former nursing home in the village of Gettrup in Thy.

The accommodation, which is of older date, is simply furnished and is especially suitable for family gatherings, school camps, courses, training camps, golf, fishing, and surfing clubs.

The house includes a small living room with TV and a large dining room for 50 people and a total of 14 bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor; two rooms have a single bed and a bunk bed for two people, and two rooms have two single beds. On the first floor, there are 10 bedrooms; six rooms have two single beds, two rooms have two single beds and a bunk bed for two people, one room has three single beds and a bunk bed for two people, and one room has a single bed and two bunk beds for a total of four people, i.e., the room is for 5 people. For the little ones in the family, there are a total of four high chairs and two cribs.

The kitchen of the house is equipped with a gas stove, 2 ovens, 1 industrial dishwasher, a large freezer, and a large refrigerator.
