You have your own private sand dune on the plot, where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea from a bench. There are hiking and bicycle trails nearby.

The house is handicap friendly due to the doors being 90 cm wide. The chosen materials make the house allergy friendly. There is Grander water cleaner. No letting to youth groups.
