Holiday home in Oskarshamn S

This charming holiday home is located on the east coast, south of Oskarshamn.

The cottage features a charming little kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table, a sofa suite, a TV, and a woodburning stove. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a bunk bed for two. There are also two extra beds, so the cottage sleeps six people altogether. The cottage is surrounded by a lovely garden and there's a furnished, roofed terrace with an outdoor grill. The garden plot is shared with the owner.

The beach is only a few minutes away by foot. The rowing boat that is included in the rent is docked here. Fishing is free of charge in Östersjön. There are two other sandy beaches in the area, one is small, and the larger one has deep water and a trampoline.

The closest town is Påskallavik, three kilometres away. Påskallavik has a grocery store, a restaurant, and a café. There are also lovely walking paths and bathing spots in the town. You can rent bicycles from the owner of your holiday home. The nearby towns of Västervik and Oskarshamn are well worth a visit, if you feel like making an excursion. The charming town of Vimmerby is only one hour away by car. This area is the setting of many of Astrid Lindgren's beloved children's books, such as Emil of Lönneberga. The children will really enjoy Astrid Lindgren's World, and Katthult and Bullerbyn are also close. Or why not take a daytrip to Mariannelund and find out how sweets were made in the olden days? The town of Kalmar is another great destination for an day trip. It is set by Kalmarsund and you can drive right over the bridge to the charming island of Öland.
