Holiday home in Kristianstad N

Welcome to this lovely holiday home, set on a huge garden plot of 10 000 square metres! The cottage is located only 2 kilometres from the beautiful lake Immeln.

The light and airy kitchen features all of the amenities you need. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. The house also features a separett-style toilet (a waterfree composting and urine diverting toilet). On the bottom floor you will also find a laundry room, a living room, and a small bedroom with one single bed. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, each one equipped with two beds, and a small TV-room. Please note that the upstairs ceilings are comparatively low, about 2 metres.

By the garage, you will find a lovely, roofed terrace, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house also has a smaller terrace with a couple of sun loungers.

It is not allowed to camp in the garden.

There are boats and canoes for rent in the village. There's also a boat you can catch for a tour of the lakes.The camping area by lake Immeln has a small shop and there are grocery stores in the nearby towns of Arkelstorp and Knislinge. Knislinge also offers a beautiful golf course.

The town of Kristianstad is close, every year the town has a summer festival and a fun fair in the park. Kristianstad also offers shops, restaurants, music events in the park, and a railway museum. Åhus offers a number of beautiful beaches. Another interesting place to visit is the island of Ivö, in lake Ivösjön. The island is known for it's many fossils, a great place to visit if you like history!
