Holiday home in Houvig Strand

Simple and functionally furnished older holiday cottage. Outdoor facing, doors and windows are from 2015. The house is located on a dune plot close to the North Sea. The kitchen has ceramic cooker and a small combined oven (grill, microwave and fan). 2 bedrooms and a small 6 m² annex with a cot. There is Chromecast with the ability to stream own TV services. Ideal for families who do not make heavy demands on house, furniture and furnishings, but emphasises a central location in relation to both marine and urban life.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
