Holiday cottage with a 50 m² large wellness/activity room located on a large 2500 m² of enclosed plot with lawn. Firewood can be purchased at the house. The house contains a large living room with wood-burning stove and 4 large bedrooms. Large, open kitchen with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, 220 litres freezer and 2 sinks. One bathroom has direct access to the indoor whirlpool and sauna and access to an outdoor wooden tub (DanCenter provides no service at this) as well as the arctic bath tub with 5000 litres cold water. For the little ones there are cot, 2 high chairs, swings and sandpit and other playground equipment as a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The house has billiards, table tennis, table football, bob, airhockey, large flat screen TV, X-box and Nintendo Wii. The house is equipped with heat recovery and ventilation and air-to-air heat pump which provides a good indoor climate. There are 235 m² terrace, 50 m² is covered, from which you can enjoy the view of the fjord. There is an insulated shelter in the garden. Free admittance to Skive water park.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
