The 5.5 x 3.2 m large pool invites you both to play as to test your fitness through the counter-current system. The kids will be ecstatic with the roller coaster and in the whirlpool you can enjoy the bubbling underwater jets. From the pool area there is access to a sauna, where you can try out the temperature. The house is bright and tastefully decorated with light wooden walls and ceilings and a kitchen with cooking island and dining area. In the living room you can enjoy views of the area and glimpse the sea. Mezzanine with TV which will undoubtedly become the children's favorite residence. From the bench on the plot there is a beautiful panoramic sea view. The house is surrounded by magnificent scenery. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
