Holiday home in Brovst

Large and spacious holiday cottage located on a very secluded plot in beautiful surroundings at Tranum Strand. From the house and terrace there are views to the magnificent conservation area. The house was built in 2006 and regularly maintained. Open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms (one with direct access to the terrace), mezzanine, two bathrooms with shower, whirlpool, sauna, laundry room and open and covered terrace. The decor is modern and bright in the famous Danish cottage style. The many m2 makes the accommodation very spacious and with plenty of space also for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. The mezzanine extends throughout the entire length of the living room, a wonderful playground for big and small children. The kitchen has a dining area, while living quarters with a sofa group is at the exit to the covered terrace. From the terrace you head directly onto the plot, which is surrounded by vegetation and thus completely undisturbed. Of course there is a garden grill, so the warm summer evenings can be spent with fun around the grill and outdoor dining. For children there is a sandpit and swings.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
