The focal point of the house is the 18 m² large swimming pool with a hoist for wheelchair users. Heating of swimming through pool heat pump provides low consumption costs for the tenant.

Spacious house suitable for 2 families because of its functional structure and distribution of rooms. The living room has direct access to the large terrace. The living room is bright with furniture from 2004 combined with a functional kitchen. 2 bathrooms, one with adjustable sink. From the one bathroom you have access to the sauna. You can exercise in the gym or relax with a good book in front of the crackling fire from the wood-burning stove.

Free admittance to the water park at Søndervig. No letting to youth groups.
