Large holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located in the 1st row at Rødhus' wide sandy beach.

The house is 193 m² and equipped with 5 spacious bedrooms, swimming pool and whirlpool, sauna and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, conservatory and of course a large combined kitchen and living area. There are TVs and music systems in both the living room and conservatory. From here there is access to the terrace, ideal for outdoor living. In the conservatory you can sit in peace and enjoy the view over the dunes.

The decor is bright and modern in the famous cottage style. There are several large windows, ensuring a beautiful natural light throughout the day, ensuring view of the dune area and a very small sea view.

For low-cost heating there is an air-to-air heat pump as well as an air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool.

The plot is a large dune plot bordering directly to the beach. Access to the beach is across the dunes and the distance is approx. 100 m. The water at Rødhus is in superior quality and has for several years been awarded the EU Blue Flag.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
