Holiday home in Blåvand

Insulated, energy saving, architect-designed holiday cottage located on a closed heather-clad, hilly plot in a very attractive holiday destination.
The house is tastefully decorated in a blend of quality furniture and antiques. Regardless of the weather, there is ample opportunity to enjoy a relaxing holiday for the house has so many amenities that a holiday does not depend on summer and sun. The internet connection is 1000/1000 Mbit, large TV package with e.g. TV2 sport, TV3 MAX, + and Sport.

In the 60 m² large pool area with a 26 m² large swimming pool and a large 6 person whirlpool and a 6-person sauna the whole family can enjoy themselves for hours. All tile floors in pool room, bathrooms and kitchen-dining area have underfloor heating.

The kitchen is equipped with a 350 l fridge, cooker, microwave and dishwasher and there is a 280 l freezer in the garage. Moreover, there are also both a washing machine and a dryer. Outside the summer season the solarium will ensure the teint. There are 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets.

The house is also equipped with a satellite dish, TVs in all rooms, flat screen and 2 DVD players (bring your own movies), radio and Playstation3 with 2 controllers (bring your own games).

To save power the house has energy efficient heat pumps for both pool, whirlpool and hot water as well as an air/air heat pump. If you want more warmth and comfort, there is of course a wood-burning stove.

For the smallest there are a sandbox, swings, seesaw, jungle gym and playhouse on 6 m² and a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The trampoline is to max 100 kg and only for usage during the summer.

The house has a 25 m² and a 50 m² large enclosed terrace. There is a large grill and a fireplace. Around the house there are paths with cosy terraces.
