Holiday cottage from 2012 built with the best materials and is well-furnished and has bright walls and wooden floors. The house contains a large living room with wood-burning stove for chilly summer evenings and is in open concept with a modern kitchen. There is a heat pump. The living room has access to a large, covered terrace. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. One bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool, toilet, shower and underfloor heating. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). There is also a fireplace and and an outdoor shower.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
