Holiday home in Grønhøj

Holiday cottage with a path down to the North Sea from the plot. From the living room and pool area as well as from the annex there is a sea view. All energy to the house is green energy. The plot is a large, partially closed and hilly natural plot with open terrace and covered terrace with good shelter from the large dune. 15 m² annex. There are outdoor, automatic lighting. The house includes a 15 m² swimming pool with a swim coach, 2-person whirlpool and sauna. 2 bathrooms with heated tile floor. The swimming pool is renovated in 2010. There are water-saving toilets in the house. Well-functioning kitchen and dining/living room. The interior is top class, for example there is a Piet Hein-dining table. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
