Holiday home in Falkenberg S

A pretty, well-maintained holiday home in Ugglarp, 15 kilometres south of Falkenberg. The main house and the guest cottage are both light, airy and inviting.The house includes a pretty terrace and a conservatory. Sociable open plan kitchen and living area. The adjacent annex for a maximun of 5 people, this is also very bright and fresh and the family's children or young people will surely enjoy themselves here. There you will find a family bed, 120 cm at the bottom (1B+1E) for one to two people and a single bed at the top and a sofa bed 160 cm. The annex is not fully heated during winter.

The house is situated only 1500 metres from lovely bathing spots in Ugglarp, it is ideal for family holidays. Ugglarp offers rocky beaches as well as child-friendly, sandy beaches. There are plenty of lovely walking paths in the area, by the seaside, through, fields, or through the woodlands - the possibilities are endless.

The nearby town of Falkenberg is an extremely popular summer holiday destination, and for good reasons. Here, you will find an excellent range of shops, restaurants, events and activities. Falkenberg sits by the river Ätran which offers fishing and stunning views. Don’t forget to get a fishing permit if you want to try your hand at fishing! In Falkenberg you can also visit the popular beach Skrea Strand, a lovely place with dunes, sandy beaches, restaurants and an old London bus serving authentic English fish ‘n’ chips!

Halmstad and Tylösand are also within driving distance of Ugglarp, and are also amongst the most well-loved summer holiday destinations of Sweden!

• If you wish to book the cottage at the end of November and throughout December, only 4 people are allowed and not 9 people. This is because the annex does not keep the heat at that time of the year.
