With two outdoor pools at Rooftop, Correeira Luxury Residence is situated 1km from the Strip da Oura in Albufeira less than 1.2 miles from praia dos pescadores, served by Faro airport 39km away.
The condominium has a contemporary language, is served with a private parking for each apartment in a garage, and is in perfect harmony with the surroundings.
It features a garden, two private condominium pools, activities such as ping-pong, snooker and table football.
It also has two washing machines in the garage for use of the condominium for free.
There is the possibility of the pool being heated, upon prior request from customers.
Eleven T2 are available for rent, with two bathrooms, one in an en suite, and the other is a family bathroom.
The common area constitutes a living room, full equipped kitchen and balcony with barbecue area and varied views, mostly from the city of Albufeira, the pool, garden, and some views of the Sea.
The T3 available on the rooftop along with one of the T2 features a suite with a bathroom served by a shower and a familiar bathroom with a bathtub. It also has equipped kitchen living room and terrace with barbecue and views of the sea, swimming pool, garden and town of Albufeira.

Appt C is a T2 with views over the town and the pool, on the ground floor it's acessible via the north stairs.
