Holiday home in Løkken

Spacious holiday cottage with whirlpool located completely undisturbed on a large plot in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby north of Løkken. The house was built in 1967, renovated in 2011 and 2018 and features an open-plan kitchen with access to a covered terrace, four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and underfloor heating, guest toilet, shower and both a covered and an open terrace. The decor is personal and tasteful in the famous Danish style with an emphasis on comfort, light and well-being. The living room is large and spacious with dining area and sitting area, modern furnishings and extremely functional. There is south facing terrace and plenty of shelter so that the outdoor life can be enjoyed all day long on those hot sunny days. The plot is completely undisturbed and sown with grass, so there are excellent opportunities for ball games or other games with the kids. There is also a small play area with swing, slide and sandpit as well as a lawn with football goals and a basket hoop. The code for the padlock for the electrical cabinet in the bunk room is: 007 - we have put a padlock on to prevent child access to the electrical cabinet.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
