The house is energy friendly due to the heat pump and double insulation. There is underfloor heating in kitchen-dining room, living room and alcove. Direct access to the living room from the kitchen. You can pass time in the whirlpool in the bathroom which also holds the sauna. Two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. Finish the evening in front of the wood-burning stove. The garden has a sandpit and a swing. Free admittance to water park. No letting to youth groups.
