Holiday home in Skaven Strand

Well-appointed holiday cottage located on a natural plot with lawn. The house has a large living room in open connection to the kitchen which was renovated in 2006. Digital satellite. One bedroom has a PlayStation 3 and 22" TV with DVD player. The mezzanine has 14" TV with DVD player. The living room has 32" TV, DVD player, satellite and a soundbar with jack socket for PC etc. After a long day you can relax in the whirlpool, sauna or enjoy the steam cabin. There is a large, partially covered terrace of 30 m² with outdoor kitchen. There is also a carport for the car and 2 additional parking spaces. Wind breaker connected to the tool shed and a large terrace with a sandpit and playhouse. In the shed you will find toys for the sandpit. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
