Holiday home in Skals

Holiday cottage located on a 2,800 m² plot with lawn. The house has 48 m² combined living room and kitchen, large utility room with cloakroom and 3 bedrooms. One has access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms with heated floors, one with whirlpool and the other with washer and dryer. There are also two storage rooms. 90 m² open terrace and 45 m² covered terrace around the house so you can always find a nice sheltered spot. There is a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance) and swing set with slide.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
