Kitchen and open-plan dining room with all appliances and from the dining there is a step down to the cosy living room. Sunny terrace of approx. 34 m², of which a small part is covered. Large, open natural plot in beautiful surroundings. There are swings, sandpit and slide. Free admitrance to water park. No letting to youth groups.
