Spacious holiday cottage for the big family. The house is located on a natural plot approx. 300 metres from the North Sea with views from the 15 m² large east faced terrace as well as from the kitchen and living room.2-person whirlpool and spacious kitchen. TV in one bedroom and on the mezzanine, where the teenagers will surely spend a lot of time. There are billiards, PlayStation1, video and cable TV for entertainment. Furthermore, outdoor you will find tetherball, croquet and badminton court with rackets that you can play with while the rest of the family enjoy the sun on the south/west faced terrace or on the west faced covered terrace. There is also a terrace behind the annex. No letting to youth and builder groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
