Unusually half-timbered holiday cottage on a closed plot with great lawn perfect for a brisk game of football, a game of badminton or maybe a game of croquet. There are 2 very inviting terraces and for the small children there is a play set, swings and sandpit. After a long day you can relax in the large whirlpool with plenty of room for two. From all every seat in the house you have good view of the children's playgrounds. The heart of the house is the conservatory where you can relax in the evenings and the conservatory is even equipped with air conditioning/heat pump. No letting to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
