Holiday home in Grønhøj

Elevated holiday cottage with personalised decor and panoramic sea views from the living room and terrace. The house is located on a hilly dune plot in beautiful surroundings, and there is a path directly down to the beach and sea. The decor is cosy Danish cottage style kitchen/dining area, bathroom and three bedrooms with good beds. The house has four terraces, one facing east, south, west and north. Note: parking space for the car is at the foot of the dune with approx. 30 steps up to the house. No letting to groups cf. § 3.5 in DC terms and conditions.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
