Golf course 4 km, mountain railway, ski lift 400 m, skisport facilities 12 km, cross country ski track 300 m, ice field 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bad Kleinkirchheim 12 km. The house heating is generated by a pellet boiler.6-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels.

1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double fold-away bed, dining nook, satellite TV and radio. Open kitchen (6 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Shower/WC.
