Swimming pool (10 x 17 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, 23.06.-30.09.). Public parking 80 m on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Lavandou" 2 km, sandy beach 800 m. Sports harbour 2 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 600 m.

Please note:
No lift. Residence with electric gates.3-room terraced house 33 m2.

Living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave). Bath/WC. Electric heating.

(steep stair), 1 small room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 40 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture.
